Ships Wharf Cargo Port

The Cargo Port RFQ is comprised of two documents:
1. RFQ Package (available for download immediately upon registration)
2. Technical Information Booklet (available for download upon payment of the Registration Fee)

IMPORTANT: Only Proponents that have (1) registered using the BLDC website (Official BLDC-Proponent Communication Interface); (2) paid the non-refundable Registration Fee, and; (3) paid the non- refundable Submission Fee, are entitled to submit a Prequalification Submission. All other Submissions will be deemed non-compliant and will be disqualified.
